Kingsley was here with a small bad of volunteers from the ministry to help fix the castle. It was not so hard, the work. He had his wand drawn, and his brow furrowed, concentrating hard to move a massive segment of wall back into place.
The wards would be the hardest thing to rebuild. Already there was a nest of giant spiders from the forest living in the prefects bathroom. He would send Lucian to deal with it.
The stone he was levitating fit back into place like a glove, which was cause enough for celebration, were the hot summer sun burning him where he stood. He would need a small team of people to help bring the roof up to the seventh floor so it could be fixed.
"Anyone else available? I could use a hand!" Kingsley shouted out down the corridor.

Hermione had been repairing part of the stairs on the seventh floor when she heard the minister call out. Wearing a pair of muggle jeans and a two layered tanktops she looked a fright. Her mass of curls had been piled up on top of her head and secured with a clip she had found in a muggle shop after the war had ended.
"What do you need, Sir?" She asked respectful as always.

"Miss Granger," Kingsley greeted her. "I was going to start bringing the roof of the wing back to the seventh floor. If you had a moment?" He moved to the window in the section of wall he just fixed and pointed to the mass of rocks and stone splattered across the ground - seven stories below them.

Nodding quickly Hermione ran to the window and pointed her wand at the former roof, muttering the incantation quietly. A small smile on her face as they began to lift.
"Sir, shouldn't we be outside for this? When we pass the window, they will surely fall. Someone could be crushed."

Kingsley frowned. "Want to run that by me again?" He asked her, not understanding her concern. He stood beside her and added his own spell to the process, hopefully stopping anything from falling and making sure they didn't drop the rubble on themselves. "I'll hold it at the top if you can repair it?"

She sighed, her concern obviously going over the minister's head. Nodding her agreement she aimed her wand where she was instructed to, repairing it quickly.

Lucian hurried around the corner, folded pieces of paper spilling from his overflowing pockets. The Minister had summoned him but paperwork and a disorganised department had held him up. Once he had reached the seventh floor he noticed Shacklebolt speaking to a student.
"My apologies Minister I was held up at the ministry. What would you like me to do?" He left the question hanging before turning to the student standing next to him
"School is still operating, why are you not in class?"

Kingsley frowned when Hermione didn't answer then frowned further as Lucian appeared around the corner. "It's summer." He reminded the, eager, undersecretary. "Miss Granger is giving me a hand."

"Ah wonderful these things do tend to slip my mind. Miss Ganger was it? While you are here I was wondering if you could do me a favour. On my way up here I was passed a infestation of Erklings in one of the fifth floor classrooms. Could you run down to the storeroom where the potions ingredients are kept and fetch me some gillyweed. The creatures seem to hate the stuff."
