NPC, or non-playable characters are 'flat' or 'one dimensional' characters affiliated with a playable character. eg. children younger than seven or a student's muggle parents.
NPCs can be killed by the godmodders for plot purposes, they are disposable. To make an NPC non-disposable, they must not be flat. Fill out an application and post it in the ideas board to be adopted.
