-The Wizengamot assemble with the Chief Warlock when a criminal must be tried.
Chief Warlock (1)
-The head of the Wizengamot. The Chief Warlock must organise and conduct court hearings and make the final ruling.

Unspekables (3)
-The unspekables design and execute weapon and survelliance systems for the ministry, as well as conducting freelance research into whatever their field of interest is.

Receptionist (1)
-The Ministry Receptionist must greet and direct all visitors to the ministry.

Wand Weigher (1)
-Visitors will be directed here first and have their wands weighed

Professional Quidditch Referee (2)
-Professional Quidditch Referees need to be familiar with the rules of Quidditch and execute fair and correct decisions. Furthermore they are paid a packet because of all the hate from fans.
Professional Quidditch Announcer (2)
-Professional Quidditch Announcers organise and direct the gameplay. 

Appiration Test Official (1)   - Every year the sixth and seventh year Hogwarts students have the opportunity to take the test for their 
Appiration Professor (1)           appiration licence. The Professor and test official organise and conduct the classes and tests.

Ministry Affiliated Dangerous Creature Capture Unit (3) - They are dispatched to capture dangerous creatures or creatures threatening the statue of secrecy.

Gringotts Security Gaurds (2) - Men to stand out the front of the bank doors and look for suspicious activity.

Accidental Magic Reversal Squad (3) - a team of wizards sent into the muggle world to do clean up
Obliviators (4)                                    - A team of wizards sent into the muggle world to keep the secret

Aurors (6)                                           - Highly trained men and women to act as the Ministry's law enforcement branch

Hit Wizards (2)                                  - Specialized personnel sent to hunt down dark wizards.

Papers can be written in 'The Daily Prophet' board in the Daily Prophet head office. I might even give the editor staff privileges and access to mass PM to supply evening prophets if this is a feature people enjoy.

Headmistress/Headmaster (1)
The Headmistress is Minerva McGonagall

The Headmistress is in charge of the school, it will be up to you to manage your staff and schedule in classes for the students to attend. Read more about this in the Professors Job description. To help you do this you have your heads of house, who are in chard of their houses. they have to watch the dorms and nooks and crannies of the castle for any messing about, snogging or shagging students, students out of bed or students misbehaving in class.

Professors;

Professors must run classes. There is no registration for classes like there are on some boards. You must PM the headmistress the date you would like your class to begin within a monthly cycle, and she/he will PM Admin, and the Prophet Editor, who will post all the class dates in the News. There must be one class per season, and class lists must me sent to the headmistress at the end of each class. Based on attendance she will send Admin a list of grades for the students, and we will determine who moves to the next grade or graduates.

Third Years: Potions, Transfiguration, Herbology, Charms, History of Magic, DADA and chose two of Divination, Study of Ancient Runes, Arithmancy, Care of Magical Creatures and/or Muggle Studies.
Fourth Year:Potions, Transfiguration, Herbology, Charms, History of Magic, DADA and chose two of Divination, Study of Ancient Runes, Arithmancy, Care of Magical Creatures and/or Muggle Studies
Fifth Year: Potions, Transfiguration, Herbology, Charms, History of Magic, DADA and chose two of Divination, Study of Ancient Runes, Arithmancy, Care of Magical Creatures and/or Muggle Studies
Sixth Year: Potions, Transfiguration, Herbology, Charms, History of Magic, DADA and chose three of Divination, Study of Ancient Runes, Arithmancy, Care of Magical Creatures, Muggle Studies, Alchemy and/or Apparition.
